Partially: per post poster_id is set to ANONYMOUS, but post_username is filled to still distinguish between multiple deleted accounts. The username can live on without an account.

While I welcome to finally respecting valid HTML (I tried to drag attention to this years ago) I wonder how to deal with this in general: consider all the custom BBCodes that you can't imagine - how to recognize/deal with those?

There's literally no difference between quoted and unquoted. My question was how then a string as "" (opposed to an empty string) can be detected, when it can mean both things: a quoted empty string, and an unquoted string with two quotation marks.

As far as the parser is concerned, they're all the same. It makes no difference. How does it distinguish between attribute="" and attribute= when I want to input "" as string?

post_id= time= user_id= Aren't those names longer than they need to be? It's obvious that IDs are used - but ...

(yes - all of that is needed: the protocol, colon, two slashes and enclosing non-word characters) alone trigger make_clickable to partially convert it into a link? That's clearly a bug on whatever version is used right here.
