I suspect, given the topic title ... that he/she wonders if we include glow or shadow bbcode tags. The short answer is "No". The long answer is "Yes" ... but you can add them via custom bbcodes. Are you just testing the 2.2 release, or planning on using it for an actual forum?

If former, then play around a bit or live with it... I had muchos pain getting it to work, heh.
If latter, might I suggest 2.0.6...
