If login box it's moved to the navbar, login link (button on the right) can be removed. It doesn't make sense to have two same action in header.

You can extend menu (navbar links) via events. At the moment there is option to add link before FAQ and after Members using events.

I'm not sure if it's good idea to change board logo via ACP. In most cases that also require css/html changes.

As I remembered, the code responsible for showing popup on new pm has been removed. The message is moved to notifications.

I noticed that in ucp file there are still code for popup. Imo it should be removed from the code.

Or I missed something.

I'm against it. Imo the best solution for it is to creating an extension, which can replace acp mass email module and allow admins send emails with html code.

Meanwhile you can create the PR that allows to use html in e-mails.

At the moment there is no such event.

Bug fix / improvements PR is almost complete.

It is missing only icons rewrite that will make icons (such as bell icon for notifications in header) clickable and some minor stuff.
