Re: The style [ template, theme, imageset ] topic
Here's a feature request (and they're actually allowed in this topic!).
Currently we have blocks, which (as far as I know) repeat for every entry in the corresponding block variable array. I'd like there to be a way to specify a range, i.e.
<!-- BEGIN foobar(3) -->
Hello: {foobar.BAZ}
<!-- END ...

Re: Going Backwards?
Smaller file sizes doesn't mean less, or lack of progress. But I haven't seen any CVS activity since the 11th, so I don't see why the file sizes have been changing since then...Kazer0 wrote:Are you guys progressing the right direction? Why is the newest download smaller than the one before it?

Re: Supermoderators
You can, however, manually do this with HTML, i.e. use <font color="#FF0000">Site Admin</font> instead of Site Admin for the rank text.

Re: I Noticed
I looked through the CVS changelog (generated by rcs2log) and found this commit by psotfx (pretty old- July 14, '02):
Name change to .html from .tpl as per requests (to ease local editing ... for those who can't search for .tpl ... ;) ), various updates to account for conditionals in templating ...

Re: I Noticed
konigwolf, there's no change in the format- only a change in file extension (.tpl ("template," not "table") -> .html).

From What I've Seen The Developers Got Alot Done Yesterday
Is this based on looking at the CVS changelog? If so, this isn't quite an accurate measurement, because I've noticed some changes are merely to remove an unnecessary newline, etc. What makes you say this?
By the way, if English isn't ...

Re: phpBB22 - blank pages and style errors
To clarify this, CVS is NOT a released package, it is a repository for the developers to manage the source code. Because it is publically available, users are able to grab the code from it. It is there by nature, there is no alpha/beta/rc/whatever release of 2.2 available.
I know.
