Banning usernames
I'm wondering if the ban-usernames option in the AdminCP allows usernames to be entered with wildcards. For example if some idiot keeps signing up under new names to avoid bans like:
MadPater 12345
MadPater 666
MadPater 1337
Or something similar then I could ban:
MadPater*
Or even:
*MadPater ...
MadPater 12345
MadPater 666
MadPater 1337
Or something similar then I could ban:
MadPater*
Or even:
*MadPater ...

Re: Something about IPs
You can block e-mail addresses, usernames and such as well. If something gets really out of hand you can always use an IP address to contact a person's ISP and take it up with them, since behaviour warranting a ban is usually against the Terms of Service for ISPs.

Re: upgrading
It really depends on how the upgrade script works. It will likely just load everything in a table that it knows should exist and then deal only with those columns that are specified in the upgrade script.
So in all likelihood any mods you have will be ignored as far database conversion is concerned ...

Re: integrated Money system
What we should do instead is add 10 queries that count every single row in the database, each one doing the same thing slightly different. That'll impress people

Re: logo change?
What I don't get is why the logo needs to have the background gradient if the CSS does that anyway, surely if the logo is just sitting on top of what the CSS draws in then it doesn't need another identical gradient?
Oh well, can't complain too much as it looks fine to me

Re: Defualt Avatars?
Are avatar galleries still done by folder structure or are there admin options on how to split them up? If it were just one big 'gallery' folder then it would be easier to set-up

Since I don't have any copy of IE for Mac or for PC then all I test in is Safari and Mozilla's Camino which are both good supporters of XHTML
