Post per a page Length...
Do you think it would be possible to have an option in the administrator panel to allow people to specify custom post per a page limits with options to limit the min/max custom post per a page limit? I just thought it would be useful for people who aren't cheap with bandwidth, are concerned about l...

Signuture and Avatar permissions...
To save on bandwidth costs, do you think it would be possible to add additional permissions so it would be possible to prevent Guests from viewing Signutures and Avatars?

Security Suggestion: Autoban Spammers
I thought of this a while back for a vB, I super mod, that was being porn spammed by some jerk... Anyway, I think it would be a good idea if everytime someone posted, phpBB would check to see if their post is identical to their two previous ones. If they are, it should autoban them, delete the post...

Suggesetion: Default Server Load Limit
I would suggest disabling the server load limit by default. When I installed phpBB 2.1.1 [20030601], I kept getting board unavaliable messages. It took me a while to get into the control panel to change the default load from 2.0 to 10.0... My host's server load is normally a little over 3.0 (4 proc...

Re: Suggestion: Passworded forum replacement
Hello, by they way - is it planned to include a "wrong password error" in 2.2 (i mean: three times the wrong password --> auto-ban for the next 24 hours or so)??? I like this idea. It will keep people from attempting to hack accounts. After all, if you are too stupid to type your password in correc...

Re: The style [ template, theme, imageset ] topic
Pity CSS2 is still poorly implimented in a certain browser, otherwise it'd be possible to style a table and all it's contents just by assigning a unique id to it, no more stupid classes per td or whatever. If you are talking about IE, Microsoft says it doesn't have CSS2 support yet: http://msdn.mic...

Forum Permissions
I just had an idea. Why not make a list of the different forum names and give each a checkbox in order to let people change the permissions of mutiple forums at the same time?
It would make changing permissions in forums that are meant to have the same permissions so much easier.
