Re: Google+ Delete

correct it did not there was a topic about this on here as well that we disscussed rework them forget where. But based on the way we would have to impliment the new icons we would need to do some refactoring anyway as the way it currently works some of the icons are hardcoded from the db and some ar...

Re: Google+ Delete

had to close the original PR as we changed things too much and needed to wait until the svg tools were in place but here is the ticket https://tracker.phpbb.com/browse/PHPBB3-15148

Re: Control panel module system

Should there be a pagination route provided? While this might look cleaner for the front-end (eg: admin/index/page-2/ instead of admin/index?page=2), it will make the back-end a bit harder and only a very few modules even use pagination. This should be handled by a global standard something like /p...

Re: UX issue/conflict with topic subscription icon/menu

the link is not a toggle which is what you are referring to, it is an action to perform which is what the icon and text is describing. If you call those two actions, the checkmark makes even less sense. I mean there’s a reason why you can't find this combination of opposing state/action description...

Re: UX issue/conflict with topic subscription icon/menu

this has come up several times and been debate several times. the link is not a toggle which is what you are refering to, it is an action to perform which is what the icon and text is describing. It will not be change in the current theme as that is how it was/is implimented. In order to work the wa...

Re: Ideas. Standard Style Improvements.

Ah First for clarification we were disscussing forums not topics. I have not started working on topics yet. As I have not started yet I am not rellay sure what features you are refering to specifically for them, but if we did and I am not saying we will for topics it would still work the same way yo...

Re: Ideas. Standard Style Improvements.

"Load more" for a topic to display posts is, in most cases, probably OK as generally, in my experience, you only go back/forward one or two pages - I am sure that there are exceptions to that which could be catered for with a "Show all" button (although I don't know how that would affect server loa...

Re: Ideas. Standard Style Improvements.

Think of YouTube comments or IMDb reviews. Do you ever hit the "load more" button to see older discussion or reviews? Personally, I don't - and especially at YouTube's search results I always hope that the first top results are great otherwise I'm not going to scroll that much even if I'm really de...

Re: Ideas. Standard Style Improvements.

I hope that we will never ever have a "load more" button like stupid YouTube and IMDb. :x It makes it impossible to navigate and discover older content. Pagination ftw! With IMDb, for example, I used to quickly read reviews up until the 10th page (because the first pages are usually full of paid re...
