Run PHP as ISAPI. Try setting it up following the tutorial located here.

Is your IIS running PHP as an ISAPI Extension or as a CGI extension?

Re: Show more users on memberlist

That uses the same entry as 'Topics per page' from the ACP -> Board Configuration -> Post Settings, the default being 25. Re: Video gallery for my forum

You will have to search the MOD database or ask in the forums when phpbb.com goes online. I have not heard of one for version 3 yet though.

Re: move topics to another forum after x days

You would need to look for a MOD to do this, as by default phpBB3 does not have this function. When phpbb.com is back online you can search the MOD database or ask in the MOD Forums.

Re: Why does PHPBB forums not allow centering in posts?

Two questions,

1. Do the default bbcodes work on that style?

2. If you switch to the default style of prosilver, does the center bbcode work?

Re: Downloaded style does not appear in styles menu

Check the styles directory and make sure the style path is not like this: (two levels deep instead of one)
../styles
../styles/prodark/prodark/style.cfg

it should be like this:
../styles
../styles/prodark/style.cfg

Re: Delete "ignore member" from profiles

Since they didn't seem to want to remove the 'Friends' part, I didn't suggest that route.
