Would guess it would be easier in Dreamweaver or Frontpage, but the javascript edit=true thing might work as well..

Funny to see that translating designs on phpbb.no (The Norwegian phpBB community) has been on hold for 3.0 since 2004..
We could have translated many templates since 2004
