The MOD you linked to is for version 3.0.1. EasyMOD is only for phpBB2, and MODs are not compatible between major versions. Look for MODs written for 2.0.x.

It would be better in the end to remove the unused files and replace the ones that were changed with ones that were backed up previous to the install attempt.

The MOD isn't compliant, by the way, because of the changes in CH to make a User Control Panel that is quite different from the basic phpBB2 ...

Categories Hierarchy drastically changes phpBB2. You'd do better to get MODs for a CH board from the CH support site: http://ptifo.clanmckeen.com/

As above, these forums at area51 are not for support. I see you have a topic over in the correct location now and will lock this.

Note also that prosilver and subsilver2 are constructed totally differently (CSS vs. tables), so you can't really take code from one and put it in the other like that. As you are now asking for support, let's move you over to the main site. Check out this topic, http://www.phpbb.com/community ...

Are you only copying the file (like admin/mods/mod_to_install.mod) or have you copied over the folder too (admin/mods/mod_folder/mod_to_install.mod)?
