Yes, let's just keep the development hidden and not show any progress and then release it. Surely if people get bored with testing, they won't get bored by watching the developers say "well ... it's not done yet. sorry you can't see it."

Yeah it does seem that giving ample time to get familiar with the new layout would be a plus.

I too am not keen on having the avatar / author /post count on the right, I would have to agree with large images that might destroy the layout, of though I would have though that some sort of image tags that resize images would come in handy, but getting users to them them might be an uphill ...

I would recommend waiting until phpbb.com is back up ... their templates have a much higher chance of being up ...

It can be done with some serious coding with a bunch of programming languages. Youd need libraries.

It can be also done if you download the latest PHPBB USER RANK mod. But then you'd have to alter some code. There are some DB table fixes that need to be done also!

Its no easy job for one man ...
