If for e.g., users clicks on "Swedish speaking people forum", only the phpBB interface languages changes to Swedish (no translation of actual topic texts, they remain, as it was entered ) In summary, to have different forums, with "phpbb interface language" def...

Has someone tried, if it is possible to have categories in different language, with single phpBB3 install. (Ie. language pack applied separately on each category)

It is indeed a kind of forum. I post quizzes. My assistant posts solutions.

Students browse each topic.

ps - The beauty of open source is that we could use the way we like.

Oh, thats not good

It means 1 extra click (+spent time) to move to next topic. Imagine someone who just wants to quickly scan through 100 topics.

When you are inside some post, where is the "Next or Previous" link, for moving on to next/previous topic.

Maybe I should get my eyesight checked up

Does "URL masking", provided by website hosting company, likely to have any affect on proper functioning of phpBB3 ?
