Hello KeLLie. If I remember well, phpBB3 doesn't have any method (or option) to divide smilies into categories. Any modifications made for phpbBB2 are incompatible with this new version, as it's coded from scratch. Your mods won't "convert" themselves, that's not possible.

Using the custom BB codes utility, add this:

BB-Code:

Code: Select all

[center]{TEXT}[/center]

Replace:

Code: Select all

<center>{TEXT}</center>

...and it's done!

Lastof meant http://www.bokt.nl ;). Although I don't know if they are realy on the same server - at least area51 and bokt.nl don't have the same IP but this could still mean that they run virtual hosts on the same machine.

There's no place like that for now. You should wait for RC1 to be released, and request it afterwards.

Maybe you could also considering requesting that as a standard feature for phpBB 3.2?

I don't think it should be thought of as insulting. It has the same meaning as "inexperienced", and I am surprised that WikiPedia has not this meaning recorded.

I agree that calling someone "newbie", "noob", "n00b" or whatever they call it in video-games is indeed insulting, like the WikiPedia ...

I am sure that happened because they wanted to test the upgrade/update script, which is included in the new beta. However, beta 5 or RC1 (whatever it will be) won't be out this weekend!

In a blog, you post your thoughts, although users/viewers are able to comment on them. But, the intense of a bulletin board is discussion ! Although you can still publish your thoughts and others comment on them, the purpose of a BB ...
