Arcade_MOD_v2.1.2

Hallo!
I tried to install Arcade_MOD_v2.1.2 and when pressing process buttong I got a page Installation Failed . What am I to do to enable the Mod installing?

can't see the mod junior_admin

Hi!
Why can't I see the mod junior_admin in the admin panel after putting the junior_admin folder into mods directory even though folder has the install. txt.file?

Thank you very much. Your advice worked like a charm. So far so good. I am trying to get in touch with the shoutbox author to ask him about his second mod called "Extra permission", I didn't quite undestand what it is exactly for but I read that the shoubox might not work without this Mod. You are quite write there is a shoutbox_db_update.php file and I had to run it prior to shoutbox Mod installation and I didn't and I guessed I messed up the whole process as I do have a shoutbox but inside there is a message :
General error

Could not get shoutbox information

DEBUG MODE

SQL ...

I installed a mod and as I understand it changed mySQL tables. Do I have to restore the old tables if I wanrt to reinstall the Mod?
Before installationg I created a phpBB2 forum database dump (stupidly enough I didn't included the drop old tables command). How can I restore my original forum ...
