I suggest that you use the main community board for that, because this board is not for support and you don't even have to post that question there. Just do a search in the [3.0.x] support forum, and you will see that question answered several times

It seems that phpBB 3.0 will go Gold with about 150 open tickets in the bug tracker, and about 6,600 tickets closed. That's not many open tickets, and a quite impressive figure for handled tickets since the bug tracker opened in March '07.
