The BETA will be used for testing anyone by people? Does this mean it will be a much more secure and safer version rather then downloading phpBB3 now and using it for a community?

Cause if they will practically be the same, then I would use phpBB3 now...

Alright, thanks again. I have decided to use the 'Code Changes' .zip file, as I think it is easier for me to do.

I will keep you updated on what happens and whether everything is successful and works. ;)

Just asking to make sure. On the Opentools.de website, the 2.0.18 to 2.0.19 download file is 'Code Changes'. Is this the correct one to download?

Well, you cannot always be forsure. TheIcy will stay up as long as the owner can afford it all, therefore, it will be online for a LONG time. There could also be a change from the free hosts you used and TheIcy. If you want to find out more, then just ask on the forums and their are lots of people ...
