Yeah, being able to see Olympus Admin Control Panel and fool around with it before it is actually released is great, and since my host only has one mysql database allowed, and I don't want to put it in my with my other phpBB forum, I can't setup my own.

You mean the "<menubar>" thing? I highly doubt that will be ever used, unless the template you are using does actually use that.

No, I mean like being able to quickly add things to the header or footer via the ACP by placing it between <header> and ...

It's probably easier if you just remove the entire thing (if its a test board) and install a fresh copy of the CVS..

But the mod writer may decide to upgrade the mods to make them usable on phpBB3, you never know.

Do you think Olympus will be just as good as some of the other very-expensive forum solutions? I think they'll lose a lot of customers (including me) when Olympus is released...

But they always say, the best things in life are free.

I mean, why pay for renewing your IPB or vB or whatever license ...
