True, but nothing is 100% sure. Either you trust your mods or you don't. There will always be at least one user who complains about something being unfair etc. pp. Every karma solution has its pros and cons. I think the real task will be to find the solution with the least cons!

who knows. if you compare what the pc needed for spped 20 years ago and ou have a look at nowadays pc and the speed they have i would say it goes straight up. more speed togther with better functions atm.

good question. would say so, but better to be on the save side and do not make unnessesary headaches

i would say you should first have the phpbb skin as the default one and all your users moved to the defualt phpbb skin before you upgarde. otherwise you might get some error messages that a skin is not found etc.
