I think profile control should be minimize. The current 3.0 profile is relatively fine. However, from the S.N.S perspective, what we can do is incorporate the idea of "status".
I think it'd be interesting to add status to our profile. It is not the signature (which currently IS for forum). To me ...

Re: headers already sent + other error messages
I think you are referring to those Help files. I think it would be nice, espeically link to a wiki (but I hate connecting to Internet, well hahah).ToonArmy wrote:What I'd like to see is links presented for solutions to error messages.

For translation, I like how those Ubuntu and e107 works.

Re: Wysiwyg TinyMCE implementation
I think we are better off writing our own one. TinyMCE and most rich-text editors are terrible. Have you guys ever look at the editor in Discuz! forum software? That one is pretty fine - not the best but surely good enough for users.

The ...

Re: Merge from Concrete-ism to software-ism
I am not treating phpBB as a commercial product. IMO, phpBB3 has a lot to offer but the future (if you are talking about 2014), I do not see any valid reason to continue a fixed concrete structure. My suggestion is that we build it around another application. This way, we have three main advantages ...

A simple method to save attachments into monthly folder
Hey guys, a brilliant user from phpbbchina.com had just finished his simple mod to modify the current attachment.
He aimed to modify the attachment so that the system will atomically create a monthly folder.
Let say today is April 1, 2008, the first upload will then called the system ...
