I mean like to install mods without FTP Acess like you can do that on Ipb.

Like for moderators to edit users avatar,signature,location or whatever anyone know if this is a feature in phpbb3 like it is in IPB?

About the new ACP, the only thing that needs to be cleared out is how it's build up. I am using phpBB2 since the version 2.0.0.0 and always have been seeking around were to find a certain option.

Permission management for example isn't set up in the easiest way, it's quiet hard to add ...

That's controlled by the permissions system. You can set it up however you'd like.

I don't realy mind them the default smileys are fine to me.
