Well first what does/is cron.php? and when I was reading tjrwew the file I saw
so what would that be or what would it do?

Maybe its a bug because I gave every single permission to me and nothing shown up but let me try it on my fresh install.

I am in a group that has everything set the group that the founder is in when the board is set up.
