Re: CVS Evolution
http://area51.phpbb.com/statcvs/" target="_blank I take it that the left is what you are pushing for, and the right is what you currently have completed? If so, we're talking a while before the release, even BETA. absolutely not. the left is just the legend. when developing software, setting a "num...

"stop watch this topic" link
i know we are not supposed to report bugs. even the use of the "B" word is frowned upon. BUT: - there is a bug in area51.phpbb.com/phpBB, which should be looked into. dont know whether or not this bug exists in the cvs version of phpbb3, but this is not relevant. the problem is that the bbs listed m...

Re: "feature not working" reports
thx, everyone, but the question was whether the developers are interested, (i got the message loud and clear) and not what I can do "to get it off my chest". i was merely offering (i thought) my help, not seeking comfort... (no offense to anyone intended).

"feature not working" reports
this is not a support request, so hold your horses, please.... are the developers interested in receiving problem reports from the people running the cvs version? the idea is to just throw a short line saying "feature X does not work as expected: i did Y and Z happened", which the developers can tot...

Re: anonymous cvs access (read-only, of course)
yeah, i figured as much. using the "-r" command line switch to pull a branch can hardly be called "configure your client" ;) . what threw me off, apart from the obviouus, ie, the fact that the repository is named phpBB2, is the fact that there were few commits in the last couple weeks, (almost) all ...

anonymous cvs access (read-only, of course)
i may miss something here, but i couldnt find the anonymous cvs access info. i found the snapshot page, but is there an anonymous cvs server (like the one in sourceforge for 1.x/2.0)? if there is (i did search) pray tell the user@server and password, and if there is no anonymous read-only cvs access...

it is very late in the game for coming up with such suggestions. worse, i did not go over the whole of the thread history to see if these things were suggested in the past, so i apologize. otoh, i think these sugestions may be interesting enough to consider, even this late.... 1) there are many mods...
