Ok, so it seems like theFinn is out of any hard cpre programming. Pity, though Olympus could use his talent.

I think it would be great if he took over coding for Olympus! Is there any chance of that happening?

Yes, I'm aware of that. But he doesn't seem to do any coding now.

Didn't James (theFinn) do the first version of phpBB? Why doesn't he come back to work on Olympus? Has he left forever too?

You can not. phhpBB3 has not yet reached the beta stage. There is no beta to download. There are CVS snapshots that are available. However this code is unfinished, unsupported and will change.
