Do the images show up in the imageset in the ACP? If my memory is correct and do not shoot me if I am wrong you also need to edit the following .. includes/acp/acp_styles.php, language/en/acp/styles.php

Well you would use a CVS client to do the updating of the files. If you had made edits yourself you might have conflicts and then you need to understand how a diff & merge works ...

Granted... I am sure he did nicely out of it, but he could have held on and keep that right to the monies earned. So yes he got a short term gain but he did give up the long term on. Maybe I am totally wrong, there might be lots behind the scenes but in my mind at least its now controlled by those ...

Well as domain owner you DO have totally control. So in giving that up he is effectively handing over control. But the new whois info is masked by a privacy service.

Currently no. phpBB3 is feature frozen so you will need to make a request next time the request tracker is up for 3.2/3.4

You never have to edit much… currently you just edit the overall header to make it look however you want.

If you want a icon based from CSS you either have to edit the existing CSS files (buttons.css & colours.css for the images) or include your own which still require an edit to the stylesheet ...

Do not forget for prosilver its now all CSS based

So really when a MOD author needs to do it now they need the CSS editted. I would prefer a method for MOD authors to have their css file included without having to edit ...

Just got to add that as a MOD author having prosilver in the CVS now allows us to work on that side of our MODs. This will allow a more complete set of MODs as phpBB3 goes RC & gold. So there is an upside to the delay!!
