My first guess would be that you have removed one or more templates from your FTP Server but have failed to uninstall them in your ACP Styles Admin. So check to make sure that templates that have been deleted from your server have been uninstalled in Styles Admin, then try the EM install again ...

Ok, how far along did you get with the EM install before you get this error? Try going into the admin/mods/easymod folder and delete the post_process.bat and post_process.sh files, then try the EM install again...
