That's probably a bug with PMs so please report it. As for styles, there are none till RC1 is released.

No, sorry that functionality isn't included in Olympus.

The option should be there. Poke around and look for it. Remember though that there's no support for Olympus since it's not been officially released yet.

Yes, when adding/editing a forum you can choose what style you want for it.
