If you are having the problem with phpBB2 as well, it most likely something on your end. I haven't seen any problems with a red X on phpBB2 before.

We won't be providing any upgrade path from Beta 2. If you are using a Beta as a live board, you have to be prepared to update manually, and this is something we can't help you with, as we strongly advise against running any of the Beta's as a live forum.

I know it's a joke, but there wouldn't be one person here who would want a near finished product over a finished product. Olympus is very nice as it is, but think of how much better it will be when every last bug has been ironed out.
