You can already export pm's in a vanilla installation
Go to your list of Private Messages and at the bottom is a drop down where you can export to CSV, CSV (excel) and XML

EasyMOD was designed for phpBB 2, which, as of the 1st May 2009, is completely unsupported. There are a few 3rd party phpbb 2 support sites available if you search google. The info on this site and phpbb.com should still be searchable though, so you may find your answer by doing a search
