I think it's silly to assume that because you'd use a feature everyone else will too. I have user reputation turned off on vBulletin. Any discussion on solution for the frustration gets blown away this way. So those who are frustrated loyal fans make sure it stays that way.

Who grants someone the right to do something? just because someone has the power to do something doesn't give them the right. However i dislike philosophy. Yes as i siad twice allready they do
have the right to lock topics, ban users etc. This is the third time I have siad this.

There are multiple ways of seeing the progress of phpBB 3. A) you can use this board, B) you can download the CVS, and C)You can just look at the Commit Log. Having someone list out the progress would actually be redundant because the progress information is already available.
