Well, I saw 2 mailing lists : 1 announce ; not used since four years...
and 1 commit, that, as its name says, just posts about commits (on dev board, as far I can understand it :-) )

I do think that none of them is necessary.

and I hope when you mean view user vote, you do not mean see what anyone as voted to anything !

but I maybe may think about the changing of opinion... should be MODed (ooops, I voted (xxx) and meant (yyyy)
