well origionally I thought it was disabled, but it says "post new topics is on." It must be an error though becuase if it was off im sure it would probably be saying that that I can't post new topics when I click post new topic. What it does is let my type and attach, but when I hit submit, it ...

Im setting up a local host Only problem was I spent hours downloading mysql and I got the wrong one lol that was like the most stupid error I have ever made. Hopefully soon I will be able to use the snapshots on my comp vs having to have to spend hours uploading to my lycos account lol.

I love it on the side there. It evens things out. You have the postin options with the posting permissions on the bottom, title at top, message options underneath, message in middle, emoticons on left and color on right. It is perfectly balanced to me :D Although, it would be nice if there were gray ...

oh, well I guess this answers it.
Please also do not ask for support ... this includes "Well, I'm not really asking for support ... just wondering if someone else has the same problem" ... I'll answer that question for you, there will be other people having the same problem
