Re: You guys are awsome
Also, as for the "you guys suck" thread, that guy should never be allowed to download phpBB ever again in his life..........if he was serious.
In my way of thinking of it, it is kinda like someone offering a pack of starbursts to someone and they freak out and curse at you becuase you didn't unwrap ...

You guys are awsome
I assume 2.2 will still be free right? If so, DAMN!!!!!!!!!!! IM SO HAPPY!!!! This really could be a seriouse competitor to VB. Maybe not 3.0, not sure, but still, it is awsome! Even if I had a 160 dollar VB license I might prefer to run 2.2 over VB.

Set as default?!?!?!
In teh usergroup stuff, and then when adding the member to a usergroup, you can set the group to be default, and then set it as the default group for users. What exactly does this do? I have not been able to figure it out myself.
Thanks

Re: A better "Who's online"
Confusion reigns :)
In 2.0.x the sessions are updated periodically. They are not necessarily updated each page view. This was done to minimise impact on the SQL server. As it happens that load doesn't appear to be terribly great in practice (at least not for the average installation). Thus for 2.2 ...

Re: A better "Who's online"
I like the new one. Also, from using the snapshot, it seems as though it is more responsive than the one in 2.0.6. The 2.0 one does not display the accurate locations all the time, lags like 5 minutes, and when you click on the location of the user it just takes you to the index.
But, with the 2.2 ...

Subforums: Subforum, A sub-sub-forum ...
On the "testing subforum" forum, it shows this under the moderators, Subforums: Subforum, A sub-sub-forum ...
I noticed on the CVS snapshots, the newer ones, we do not get those, so I was wondering, was this once a feature and it was removed?

Re: CVS Problems.. "Authorization Failed"
Also, you just have to click on teh "show post" button if it is not set to -1 karma in the UCP. I have mine set to -5 so i can see all posts
Or we could all rate rob's posts good and give him better karma.
