Re: phpBB 3.2.0-b2 released

the longest part takes 10:34 mins, that should still trigger the max_execution_time of 600 yesterday (and is absolutely not acceptable) but is way LOWER than the 940 setting i tested before... and that puzzles me a bit. That is indeed a very very long time. Also, this didn't trigger the max_executi...

Re: [RFC] Ability to @mention specific users in posts

IMO this could be implemented independently from the WYSIWYG, i guess just nobody got the time yet to do it. I would also note, that extension editors who do not implement something, because it is planned to be part of the core later, just could pick up any feature and implement it as part of the co...

Re: phpBB 3.2.0-b2 released

Thanks a lot.

Update: Also, the db update progress bar has the total of all migrations and not all migrations that should be ran, so that's fine. Doesn't it go to full instantly when the update is finished?

Re: Make use of REQUIRED attribute in forms?

No reason to be rude, it was said or at least I intrepeted that someone asked to replace php validation with this. I only said that isn't needed for sure, and it can just be added as an extra layer without touching php. Done within a second. Only has benefits. :) To clarify my earlier point: only a...

Re: Make use of REQUIRED attribute in forms?

this is what I'm talking about guys. Anyone understand me?
We do. However it is not supported by all browsers that we support, and one could argue, that then we should move all form validations to the front end, which is fine, but a rather huge amount of work.
