One more for comparison, the wiki emoji is 😉
On the whole the new SVG smilies are much better and render much nicer when scaled (obviously).
I'm just providing feedback on this particular one from members of a board where I'm installed them on phpBB 3.3.x.

Re: SameSite=None; Secure Cookie Settings
This leaves the option to integrate with portions of your site which may not be served over HTTPS.
Isn't that the exception rather than the rule these days. I would suggest it simplifies and reduces the chances for error/mis-configuration is this type of exception is keep as hidden as possible ...

Re: SameSite=None; Secure Cookie Settings
I would broaden the discussion to all things related to security of cookies. https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/Cookies#security provides background.
I'm left to wonder why there is even an ACP setting for whether or not a cookie is secure. This seems to cause endless support ...

Re: HiDPI smilies for phpBB
Thanks for the update Marc. Any chance this could be backported into 3.3.14? Or a future 3.3.x update?

Re: phpBB 3.3.14-RC1 released
Full package update tested on a local copy of one of my 3.3.13 boards. Ubuntu 24.04 server running PHP 8.3.6. Sanity testing all okay.
Working on testing some of the above fixes as well as https://tracker.phpbb.com/browse/PHPBB-17390 which has been annoying my moderating team.
