How do all these concepts work for the small screens in the responsive theme?
Also, the online icon might completely change as it was decided to change all the buttons/icons that contain language variables from images to css-generated buttons/icons.

Who will be able to see that warning? If regular members can see it then I think it's not a good idea, because reporters may frame other users for no valid reason.

I have numerous uses for this, and use a hack to half way solve it currently.
I'm not sure it belongs in the core though? I would be the first to download the extension though. :-)

Give an option to the user who created the topic, to associate it with an image that he attached to his first post . He should be able to select and mark one of the attachments as the topic's image.

^Yeah some checkboxes to select multiple smilies would be good... perhaps I'll make an extension if it doesn't get into the core although due to studies I'll have to do it in summer
