I don't know if this is the right place to ask this, or if I need to create a new topic. Let me know if I'm wrong ;-)
Would it be possible to pre-fill the "Gravatar email" field with the user e-mail address if he select "Gravatar" from the dropdown list ? If he has already setted this field ...

As WLM was merged into Skype. Why not just use a field for Skype?
