I think (but didn't check) that, on the registration page, you have a link to the contact page if you can not read/answer the captcha. So puting a captcha on the contact page might be a non-sense (in this case at least).

I think it's weird to have the "Quick links" there... but I don't have a better suggestion.

I agree with that, I suggested this to be consistent with everything already in place

I'm 5 pages late, so excuse me if one of my comment is outdated :p I like this version a lot. It just need the FAQ/Members links back in the header. In this version , I don't like the fact that the "Quick links" is replaced by an icon. Someone said it already, and I totally agree with him....
