Displaying avatars, for example; they can be turned off. So could displaying replied subjects. Just because I don't know the *details* of programming doesn't mean I don't know anything about it. I don't know if you need else/if/elseif but I know it can be done. Not really the same thing it does not...

THIS I agree with but I still wouldn't remove the replied subject(s) so, if that is done, I hope it's optional so I don't need an Extension to put it back. But why would you keep the same thing repeating over and over again for simply no point. It uses bandwidth, disk space and loading time in vain...

It's also bad for SEO, would be classed as duplicate titles in Google Webmaster Tools, I got error messages back when I included a Forum in my sitemap phpbb.com doesn't seem to have a problem with SEO over that... It's been that way for decades. And why it probably needs a rethink now in 3.1. Thing...

-1. Just because I have notifications doesn't mean I look through them. Plus if I have a ton of notifications the PM one will just be lost in there. If you find it redundant then perhaps the notification should be removed, but not the PM link. I agree, I'd rather the notification link be removed; P...
