I would add 2 options. One for "normal" usernames and a bbcode solution for the few % which fail.

That has been discussed to death already. There are pros and cons to max-width solution. You might feel it looks better, but from a usability standpoint having a max-width is better.

Sounds like a good idea. Maybe even add an option to name/categorize the bookmarks.

It has been suggested in phpBB Ideas (which is down currently) to revamp the entire Pm page, which I like better that just adding another "fix".

I really appriciate the short release cycles.
