... lags like 5 minutes, and when you click on the location of the user it just takes you to the index.

The lag is hardcoded (5 minutes) and can be changed (viewonline: the sql in Get user list . hint: 300 sec = 5 min)
Similarly the location can be changed (hint: there's a $location_url somewhere ...

I get what you're talking about. You want there to be a list of members where normally there'd be a text box where you put your members name. right?

I would have thought a day or two... but since phpBB time seems to be longer than Earth time, I might as well go with 0.0.11 and find out the next day that .12 will be out

I don't live in phpBB development timezones so when can I expect the 0.0.12 version to be released in Earth time? An approximation would do fine.

How long (in days) did Milestone 1 take to complete?
How long (in days) did it take from M-1 to M-2?
Is the product after M-4 considered stable and have support?

And...

Should I upgrade from 2.0.5-2.0.6 or wait for 2.2? If 2.2 is coming out in November, I'm not ...

Perhaps you could set up a page b4 u get to the CVS area, something like

" I hereby agree that in the event of asking for support on any CVS release, I am a complete idiot and will donate the equvilaent of £500 to phpBB. "
