The backup files created by EM can be used, but you have to move them manually right now.

Actually, I believe that although Chinese is the most common first language, english is more common with first and second language combined. Or maybe I'm backwards.

Delete your admin_easymod.php and your admin_eaysmod_functions.php and anything starting with mod_ in your templates/*/admin folder. Then delete the phpbb_easymod table and anything starting with EM_ in the phpbb_config table.
