Open Source or Free Software doesn't mean 'free beer'. Anyone who can't stand the idea of phpBB bringing money to devs should start their own project and make it as successfull as they can without making any profit.

If you badly need QR and can't run your site without it, get a forum software that has it. If you must use phpBB3 aka Olympus write a MOD or wait for one.

All this heckling devs over inclusion or non-inclusion of QR makes me sick.

Check out the 'New Features Discussion' forum on the homepage. The 'new' ACP is IMHO the hottest feature at the moment. Spend some time on the topics there and you'll never be the same again ;)

And please don't ask questions like 'is there any indication how long they are along the development ...

Better still, benj_ why don't you do a simple search for "milestones" on this board? I did a while ago and got 35 topics! Going through those topics will give you a better picture as to the why and when the use of the term 'milestones', with regards to Olympus dev, was dropped.

Yeah, Happy New Year to the entire phpBB dev team and community!

I'm a dedicated supporter. I'm telling you guys, you need to finish the project, plain and simple. If that means getting all of your contributors together and working 24/7 for several weekends in a row, then so be it. You have to get the product done.
