As per Highway Of Life, and numerous phpBB Team Members, phpBB 3.0 will not include Quick Reply. Quit asking.

Alot of Web Hosts still use php4 too, as it's still supported, and far less finicky than php5. Considering when php5 came out, alot of webapps completely broke when using it compared to v4.

Cause the software is under copyright to the phpBB Group? O_o

Olympus is feature frozen. As this is a feature, not a bug fix or a security problem it's unknown but unlikely to happen.

Locking this. phpBB3 will be released when it is finished, by our own standards. Not a moment before.

Or it could mean, including a WYSIWYG Editor in the ACP of phpBB to modify styles without having to use a texteditor on your local system.

Either way, this is a feature request, and 3.0 is feature frozen.
