A member of the family has a forum that is quite old, has some mods and would like to upgrade to the current version. It's on 3.0.7 at the moment, what would be the best way for him to do it please?

Hi all, can anyone please tell me where I find the options shown in this image please? I've been all over the ACP and can't seem to find it.

It's okay, all solved. But what would you do if Google only indexes the posts from the last six months, and the forums have been going for ten years with half a million posts please?

I thought there would be someone here that might know the answer really.

Hi all, if you wanted your users to be able to search on *all* posts in a forum, regardless of whenever they were posted, how would you do it please?

What does the autologin part mean in the auth file please, like this:
$autologin = false
If it was changed to:
$autologin = true what would that mean please?

Okay, have done some digging around in the pages for the forums, and the MOD that is causing this, is:

Just a thought, is there something in the acp that would remove the need to still have access to the previous email address?
