I have implemented phpBB-SEO (not supported by phpbb.com). They use The following structure: domain.com/forumname-fx/topic-title-tyyy.html Where x is the forum-ID and yyy the topic-ID. Although you can also select to remove the ID's completely. But i don't mind them. Strange characters get stripped....
