Closed reports are not helpful after a period of time.
In my board I don't see why closed reports belong to 1 year ago (for example) should be kept, the only thing they do is using storage space! So I try to keep the ones belong to 30 days and less, and delete the others. I don't actually ...

at beginning there aren't permission at all. If an admin wants, he can add a permission for a topic.

I was thinking that for "work groups" It could be better if users can give their permissons or some of them to other users. So when the admin give a user the permissions A,B,C,D he also is giving him the permission to give A,B,C,D permissions to other users.
