Do you mean to have something like a template file that would just contain the code to display a single post, then (if you were to try doing it using the 3.0 template system) using assign_display to move the output from each individual post to a central output page?

"Modular expansion" is analogous to "software-ism", where programmers can write modules for the base software, like Flash authors making games for Facebook.

Now on the other hand, my thought was a new Base style with the use of compatible HTML5 and CSS3 in preparation for future markup standards.
If that was the case then using prefixed selectors would be optimum because it's all fresh anyway. ;)
