Although I have installed phpBB and registered as an administrator, I´m not allowed even to try to login in into admin-panel. Why?

I got this message in the General Panel, but I don´t know where to change the config-file.

"Your config file (config.php) is currently world-writable. We strongly encourage you to change the permissions to 640 or at least to 644 (for example: chmod 640 config.php)."

Is it possible to upload images from your own computer or do I have to put them somewhere on the internet (that is a webhotell f e?)?

If it isn´possible - can I change the code to make it possible?

I can´t find this Have you enabled CAPTCHA? You can enable it through the ACP > General > CAPTCHA Settings and make more foreground / background noise. under General.
Where do I find it?

I have the same problem, but I don´t understand the difference between category and forum.

I thought "forum" was the whole thing and categories "subthings", but as you put it it´s the contrary?
