yea i did. but i tried installing it on my custom theme i downloaded. but on the part where it has 3 options (my install.xml wont open right now) and it says inline and stuff i think i did that wrong cus mine didnt look exactly like the one it says

You can try replacing that image with a different one.

ok when u download the chat file. Unzip it to your local disk. After you unzip, you get the chat folder. Open it and you see, sub folder: root, file install.xml, license, and modx.subsilver.net ...
