I'd like to change the maximum number of PM's a single user can storage. How can I do it?

I tried asking the creator to help me in configuring this mod to display posts (I have installed it and shows in the ACP, now need to get it working on my pages), but he's been offline since yesterday and I need to get this working ASAP.

I'm getting this message while trying to change a signature. The group's permissions to all users enable the use of a signature. How can I fix it?
